ERIN S.O.S.
Startup Obstacle Session
ERIN S.O.S. is your chance to bring a real business challenge to the table—and get actionable solutions in real time. Taking place during Get To Know Day on October 2, 2025, this session is designed for founders who want help navigating pressing obstacles in their startups.
Unlike traditional pitch events, S.O.S. focuses on real problems, not polished presentations. If you’re facing challenges in areas like customer acquisition, product development, funding, or team building, this is your opportunity to gain insights and resources from an engaged audience of service providers, post-secondary representatives, and fellow entrepreneurs.
How it works:
Selected founders will give a 5-minute “problem pitch” to introduce their company and share the key obstacle they’re working through.
Receive live feedback, practical resources, and actionable insights to help move your business forward.
ERIN will support you in preparing your presentation so you feel confident on stage.
We are selecting a handful of founders from across the Edmonton region, taking into account the diversity of challenges, business stages, and potential for collaboration.
Thank you to everyone who submitted an application! Submissions are now closed, and the selected founders will be announced soon. We appreciate the interest from all applicants and look forward to showcasing a diverse group of founders.
