Presented by the Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) and Alberta Medical Association (AMA)’s Accelerating Change Transformation Team (ACTT), the Family Medicine Innovation Forum (FMIF) brings together health leaders, creative thinkers, and trailblazers in family medicine and primary care to showcase best practices and innovations that are transforming and improving patient care.

The Fall gathering provides an opportunity for participants to share and learn about the latest innovations happening in Alberta’s primary health care and to better understand the opportunities to further spread and scale innovations across the province—how they can be involved personally and who they need to connect with directly. The FMIF Showcase will focus on innovations and best practices that:

• improve care and access for Albertans to family medicine and primary health care

• decrease administrative burden

• advance team-based primary care 

This one-day event offers attendees the chance to network with key influencers and primary care professionals that can make a difference in how you practice.
