This session is designed to support Alberta SMEs in strengthening their readiness for AI and innovation adoption by addressing the human factors that influence implementation and follow-through. While many organizations have strong technical capabilities and commercialization supports, adoption can still be slow due to unspoken concerns, risk sensitivities, and capacity pressures within teams.
