Linda Ho is the Applied Research Chair in Agri-Food Sustainability at NAIT and leads the Centre for Culinary Innovation, where she oversees a multidisciplinary team advancing culinary-driven product development, food science, agricultural byproduct valorization, and value-added agriculture. Her work spans commercialization, industry innovation, food security, and food sovereignty, leveraging applied research to strengthen both economic and community outcomes.
Linda has collaborated with more than 50 industry partners, from startups to multinational companies, supporting product development, scale-up, and market entry. She also brings governance experience through board and advisory roles across post-secondary institutions, community organizations, and social innovation initiatives, where she contributes to strategic planning, ecosystem development, partnership building, and sustainable growth. Passionate about the intersection of innovation and community impact, she champions initiatives that connect research, industry, and social outcomes to strengthen Alberta's agri-food sector.
